Ahura Building at Dadar Parsi Colony
Ahura is a 3 storied building located at Dadar Parsi Colony. It is a beautiful society owned and maintained by senior Parsi families who are young at heart. Most of the members of the building are above the age of 75 years but have a strong will to enjoy life to the fullest. However, with age come certain unavoidable constraints which make climbing up and down 3 floors difficult or even impossible.
The members of Ahura building were facing a similar problem of climbing up and down the staircase. It had become very difficult for them to go out to complete daily chores, visit doctors, go for health checkups, attending family functions and other commitments which involved stepping down and climbing up.
They were introduced to STAIRCHAIR and soon took the decision to install it in their building from the ground floor right up to the third floor in a single uninterrupted track. STAIRCHAIR has given them a new lease of life. They don’t have to step down or climb up 3 floors anymore. STAIRCHAIR has made it possible for them to go on with life with the same enthusiasm. Their loved ones can visit them any time no matter what their age is.
Since STAIRCHAIR is battery operated, they can use it even in case of power failures. Be it day or night STAIRCHAIR is at their service.
